full feasibility study for Carbon
10 to 50 hectors
£94500.00£94000.00
Scope of Works — Carbon Feasibility, Valuation & Tokenisation (10–50 ha)
1. Feasibility & Baseline Assessment
• Land eligibility review (10–50 ha)
• Baseline carbon stock assessment (soil, biomass, land‑use history)
• Suitability analysis for agroforestry, regenerative agriculture, or reforestation
• Risk assessment (leakage, permanence, community, environmental)
2. Carbon Modelling & Credit Forecasting
• Sequestration modelling for selected land‑use system
• Annual and lifetime carbon yield projections
• Financial modelling based on current voluntary market pricing
• Sensitivity analysis (species mix, density, management intensity)
3. MRV (Measurement, Reporting & Verification) Framework
• MRV system design (remote sensing + field sampling)
• Data collection templates and protocols
• Verification pathway aligned with recognised standards
• Registry‑ready documentation structure
4. Planting & Land‑Use Best Practice Plan
• Species selection and agroforestry layout
• Regenerative agriculture practice guidelines
• Planting density, spacing, and survival‑rate optimisation
• Long‑term management and monitoring plan
5. Carbon Credit Issuance & Valuation
• Methodology selection (removal/soil/agroforestry)
• Credit issuance pathway and documentation
• Market valuation of expected credits
• Premium positioning strategy for high‑integrity credits
6. Tokenisation Architecture & Digital Registry Setup
• Tokenisation model (1 token = 1 tCO₂e)
• Smart contract structure and compliance rules
• Integration of MRV data into digital registry
• Anti‑double‑counting safeguards and traceability design
7. Trading & Monetisation Strategy
• Analysis of voluntary carbon markets (Verra, Gold Standard, Plan Vivo)
• Tokenised market options (Toucan, Celo, Klima, Flowcarbon)
• Direct‑to‑corporate sales strategy
• Pricing, timing, and liquidity recommendations
8. Deliverables
• Full feasibility report
• Carbon modelling outputs
• Planting & management plan
• MRV framework
• Tokenisation architecture
• Trading & monetisation strategy
• Implementation roadmap
1. Mandatory Information Provision
The client must provide all required project information within 14 days of instruction, including but not limited to:
• Land ownership documents (title deeds, lease agreements, or community rights)
• KML/KMZ or GIS boundary files
• Any available soil sample data or agreement to provide soil samples where feasible
• Historical land‑use information
• Access permissions for site assessment and remote sensing
2. Non‑Provision of Information
If the required information is not provided within 14 days of instruction:
• The project will be placed on hold
• No refund will be available
• Additional fees may apply for reactivation or re‑scoping of the project
3. Accuracy of Information
The client is responsible for ensuring all submitted documents and data are accurate, complete, and legally valid.
4. Scope Limitations
Work is based strictly on the information provided. Any missing, inaccurate, or delayed information may affect modelling accuracy, timelines, and deliverables.
5. Soil Sampling
Where soil samples are required:
• The client must either provide existing laboratory results or enable access for new sampling
• Costs for laboratory analysis are not included unless explicitly stated
